Description

ISOSPIN Plant DNA is a kit for extracting and purifying DNA from plant leaves using a spin column. This kit uses a method to remove impurities by centrifugation, making it possible to obtain highly pure DNA even from plant samples that contain large amounts of polyphenols and viscous substances, which have previously been difficult to extract.

PB Buffer 30 ml x 1 bottle room temperature – Contains ethanol. Please close the lid promptly to prevent evaporation.
– White crystals may precipitate around the mouth of the bottle. This will not affect the DNA extraction procedure.
PW1 Buffer 40 ml x 1 bottle room temperature – Contains ethanol. Please close the lid promptly to prevent evaporation.
