Description

ISOSPIN PCR Product is a kit for purifying PCR products from PCR reaction mixtures using spin columns. The ISOSPIN series utilizes the principle of DNA adsorption to silica in the presence of chaotropic ions, eliminating the need for toxic organic solvents such as phenol or chloroform. The spin columns used are designed to maximize column volume, and the embedded silica membrane ensures sufficient DNA adsorption capacity and high elution efficiency.
This kit removes DNA polymerase, salts, primers, dNTPs, and other components from PCR reaction mixtures in a short time of approximately 20 minutes, allowing the recovery of PCR products alone. PCR products purified using this kit can be used in a variety of molecular biology experiments.

Storage: All the kit components can be stored at room temperature (15-25°C).
