Description

ISOSPIN Cell & Tissue RNA is a kit for extracting and purifying RNA from cultured animal cells and animal tissues ^*1 . This kit utilizes the principle of RNA adsorption to silica in the presence of chaotropic ions, and does not require the use of phenol or chloroform. The spin column used maximizes column volume, and the embedded silica membrane ensures sufficient RNA adsorption capacity and high elution efficiency.

This kit uses centrifugation to remove contaminants and DNase I treatment on the silica membrane, allowing for highly pure RNA extraction and purification in approximately one hour.

Features

High purity RNA: Highly pure RNA can be extracted by removing contaminants through centrifugation and treating with DNase I on a silica membrane.
