Description

ISOGEN with Spin Column is a product that combines the total RNA extraction reagent ISOGEN with a silica membrane-encapsulated spin column. ISOGEN performs sample lysis and RNA extraction through liquid phase separation, and then uses our proprietary spin column, which employs Boom technology, a principle in which nucleic acids adsorb to silica in the presence of chaotropic ions, to remove contaminants, allowing for the extraction of highly pure total RNA in approximately one hour.
