ISOGEN

ISOGEN is a reagent for extracting RNA from humans, animals, plants and bacteria. It uses a liquid phase separation method, making it possible to isolate DNA and protein from the same sample. As it is possible to isolate RNA, DNA and protein in a single procedure, it is effective for analyzing valuable samples, and its simple operation makes it convenient for handling a large number of samples. 

ISOGEN-LS

ISOGEN-LS is an RNA extraction reagent from liquid samples such as blood and serum, which have a large volume (>100 µl when processed in a 1.5 ml plastic tube) and are difficult to concentrate. It is an improved version of ISOGEN for liquid samples. Except for the ratio of ISOGEN-LS added to the sample, it can obtain the same results as ISOGEN.
